How can Digital Caricatures enhance Traffic and Lead Generation at our next Trade Show?
Digital Caricatures offers so many advantages for Traffic Building and Lead Generation. At a trade show a Digital Caricaturists will attract more people into your space by setting up a larger LCD display showing the caricatures unfold. No more having to crowd around the artist, and possibly blocking the artist from potential guests and clients walking by. Now with a well placed larger display, or multiple displays, everyone can see the drawings come to life before they even reach your exhibit booth, pulling them in by curiosity, amazement and being entertained. Once they've stopped to watch, this is your opportunity to engage them, talk them into getting a drawing of themselves as well as promoting your company's services and products. During their time waiting and sitting for the caricature, they're a captured audience for your sales pitch. Once the caricature is done and printed, we'll slip the 4x6 print with your logo on it, into a badge holder with a lanyard and they'll walk away wearing the caricature. This will prompt others to ask them where they got their cool caricature, in turn sending more potential clients back to your booth, creating a snowball effect as the trade show goes on.

After each day of an event we'll upload all the caricatures to a web page where everyone can download a Digital Copy of their caricature from. No extra work on your part. You can then encourage your guests and potential clients to register, providing you with their email address so you can email them the link to download their caricatures from, hence adding them to your contact list! Meanwhile, they can download their own as well as see all of the other caricatures that were drawn during the show. They can even download their friends and colleagues' caricatures. This website will be designed with your company's logo and contact info as well as links back to your website. If your prefer, the caricatures can be placed on your own website. Which ever you prefer. The website can be printed on each caricature print and/or QR Codes can also be displayed at the event to take your guest directly to the download page on their smart phones. The webpage can be password protected or require the guests to provide their name and email addresses to access the caricatures. We would provide you with any data collected to use towards your marketing.

How many people can you draw?
Each artist draws at a slightly different speed to capture a good likeness in a short amount of time. Speeds typically range from 6 - 13 people dawn per hour, depending on different factors, like whether to do Full-Color (6-8 people), B&W (10-13 people) or B&W with a Splash of color (8-10 people). Working with a custom background can be another factor. All of our artists are sensitive to the event's environment and whether or not they can spend a little more time with each guest, maybe putting in the extra details, or streamlining the process, cutting some corner in style or color to get more people drawn when there's a growing line.
How do my guests get there caricatures?
Caricatures are printed right there on the spot, usually in less that an minute on 4x6 prints, then places in plastic sleeves or badge holders for protection. Afterwards you're guests will be able to download a digital copy of their caricature off the internet on a website featuring your logo, contact info and links back to your website. Within our Premium Package we offer the Social Media Sharing Kiosk which allows guests and attendees the ability to share their caricatures immediately after getting drawn via Facebook, Twitter or email. We'll also happily provide you all the caricatures onto a Flashdrive you provide at the event.
Why 4x6 prints?
4x6 prints are ideal for many reasons. They're quicker to print. Easier to carry and pack, considering so many of your guests are traveling. Works with the badge holders. And frankly, the caricatures tend to look better smaller and tighter. When your guests download they're caricatures off the internet, they can reprint them at larger sizes. We can provide 5x7 or up to 8.5x11 prints if you prefer, but will default to the 4x6 size if you don't requests a larger size.
What would we need to provide at the event?
In most cases we just ask you to provide a couple of chairs, a small table and access to an electrical outlet. Artist(s) will bring everything, including a TV that they will setup vertically on a tripod or stand, usually between 24-32 inches. If you'd prefer a larger TV or one that is better integrated into your booth design or event space, we'll happily connect to a TV you provide. That TV just needs to be setup sideways, in portrait mode, and allow for HDMI connections.
Do we get charged for set-up and break-down?
Our artists usually arrive 90 minutes before the contracted drawing time to set-up their equipment, and spend about 60 minutes to break-down after the completion time. We do not charge you for set-up and break-down. However, if you ask that our artists come in and set-up the day before the event, or ask that they be fully set-up an hour or more before their start time, then we there will be an additional fee. Please let us know if you require this extra service at the time of booking so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

We're expecting a lot of people at our event. Can we get more than one artist?
Absolutely! We can definitely provide you with additional artists, guaranteeing more of your guests and clients getting drawn. Just keep in mind, that in many cases, there may be so many people it isn't realistic to expect everyone will get drawn, or want to. Everyone at the event can still enjoy the entertainment value watching the caricatures unfold on the large displays. Please feel free to contact us with any questions concerning additional artists and we'll do our best to advise.
What if we provide the tablet(s)? Does it change the rates if you're not bringing your own device?
We're happy to use a device you provide. It does NOT usually change the rates. If anything there may be an additional charge because we now have to spend extra time getting familiar with a different device. In most cases, the reason to have us draw on a tablet you're providing is to showcase that particular device, hence when we're using it the event, we assume, you'd like us to appear comfortable and proficient using it. This may require us having your tablet(s) shipped to us prior to the event so we can install software and configure tool settings, figure out how to print from it, connect it to a larger TV display, etc. We may need to purchase new adapters for it as well. All in all, it's always gonna be much easier for us to show up and set-up our own equipment, than use a tablet we're not familiar with.
We also understand that sometimes you'd rather us not use a certain brand device at an event, i.e. an Apple device at an Samsung event. Please let us know if using our own devices are fine, but a particular brand will be problematic, so we can provide different options. Either way, we understand and will work with you as best we can.

How custom can we go with the borders, backgrounds, and themes?
This is one of the biggest advantages to going digital, the ability to really customize the background to fit your theme. We can definitely work with you to design a custom border and/or background for you, or work with a design you may already have. Also available are Neon Caricatures! What if I'm not having an event? Instead I'm looking for an artist to create some custom artwork.
